If any form of our service is not up to standard, please give us the opportunity to address it, by sending an email to complaints@policywave.co.uk or by completing the form below and emailing our Complaints Department. We aim to acknowledge within 4 hours.

Some clients are able to take unresolved complaints to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS).

You can contact FOS using the various methods below and we have provided a brief guide to their service here and a link to their website here.
