Policywave is looking for a system that will fulfil a number of key requirements:
- Support multiple products: Specialist Vehicle & Motorhomes (phase 1), and others in future
- Capture risk details within back office or from the website
- Take payment in back office with Premium Finance option through Close Bros
- Customer CRM database
- Call-centre policy management
- Automated production of broker emails
- Automated production of insurer document pdfs
- Live MI and filtered reports
- Integrated insurance-based accounts
- Insurer communications by EDI and bordereaux
