Car Insurance Assumptions:

Any quotation prepared for you is only valid subject to you being able to agree to the following statements. If you are not able to agree to all the following statements, please contact the office directly on 0333 332 7750. It does not mean that we are unable to quote for your risk.

The Proposer must:

• Not have been refused motor insurance, had special terms applied, been asked to pay an increased premium (other than normal rating changes) or had a policy cancelled or voided by an insurance company.
• Conduct at least 10 hours of Instruction a week.
• Not have had a CCJ or bankruptcy order in the last 6 years or ever made a fraudulent claim.
• All Drivers using the vehicle for Social Domestic and Pleasure Use under this policy must:
• Have a valid UK or EU Driving Licence and held it for more than 12 months.
• Be over the age of 25 (excluding the proposer)
• Have been permanent residents of the United Kingdom, the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands for at least the last 3 years.
• Not have been disqualified from driving in the last 5 years or have any pending prosecutions.
• Not have a non-motoring conviction that is not spent under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act.
• Have notified the DVLA (if required to do so), of any condition and the DVLA have granted the individual a licence, (whether restricted or not).
